Winter Storm by Dean Raphael
When Victoria has it's heaviest snowfall in a decade, get in the icy cold water. This was June 24 2014.
Our original shoot location was washed out and impossible to reach due to the stormy ocean water (from a usually calm bay) crashing against the cliffs. Georgia Sapwell was more keen than I to get wild in the water. The air temperature was no higher than 11 degrees, although felt more like 3.
This may be what it takes to feel alive on such a gloomy day of wild winds and ridiculous rain.
