Circa 2015/2016 - I was really starting to find my voice in portraiture. I was deeply inspired by David Lynch’s Twin Peaks, the depression of Melbourne winters, and the feeling of being lost in city life. I was out to prove myself to the world.

There comes a point where reality has already delivered its answer, and the struggle is no longer with the situation itself, but with our refusal to hear it.
